Push-your-luck racing card game
A push-your-luck racing card game
Speed pays. Until you get caught.
Speed Trap is a push-your-luck card game built for game night. Players race to collect cards and become the fastest, pushing their luck on every turn until someone hits 100 MPH or everyone else wipes out.
Moonlander Games is playtesting now with the prototype complete and artwork in progress. Contact us for Kickstarter launch news—more board game designs are in the works.

How to play

01
On your turn, reveal as many cards as you want, one at a time.

02
Claim the revealed cards by ending your turn—or keep drawing and press your luck.

03
If you reveal a speed trap, you lose all revealed cards and must pay a fine of 3 cards from your hand. If you can't pay the fine, you're out. Goal: be the last player standing, or reach 100 MPH to win.

Ability cards
Discard an ability card from your hand to activate its effect.
Force any target player to immediately draw 2 cards.
Instantly skip other players and make it your active turn.
Take one card directly from another player's hand.
Kickstarter
The standard box with the full deck, rulebook, and zone cards for advanced play—the complete base experience.
A 20-card pack of new action cards focused on more table interaction. Boost the chaos at the table.
Vehicle boards that change the rules, plus more cards and new asynchronous elements. Raises playtime to about 30 minutes. Does not include the core game.
